No Returns or Exchanges
At Carpe, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our products. Due to the perishable nature of our snacks and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. This means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and shipped.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damages and Issues
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at snackcarpe@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will promptly review your claim and, if verified, provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit, at our sole discretion.
Exceptions
Because our products are classified as perishable goods, we are unable to accept returns for any reason, including a change of mind, taste preference, or ordering error.
Please note that sale items, promotional bundles, and gift boxes are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you are legally entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.
However, this right does not apply to perishable food products, as defined under Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. Since Carpe products fall within this category, the 14-day cooling-off period is not applicable.
